Had a call with a recruiter, she said she would follow up with next steps. I didn’t hear back for 2 weeks, and had to follow up twice. She then rejected me, but I don’t think she would’ve reached out if I hadn’t. Didn’t feel like they genuinely care about the interview process or find the right candidate. I also heard that they recently layed off 300 employees and removed 2 floors from their coporate office. It doesn’t sound like a great environment so I don’t recommend seeking a job with them as they don’t seem to respect their candidates. It seems like a overworked company with fast turnovers.

I had interviews with 5 people, each for about 30 minutes. It was a mix of the supply chain team (4 people) and the HR talent manager (1 person). No one from HR ever got back to me about the job, which was a really bad experience.

It was a straightforward process. I spoke with the recruiter, the hiring manager, and another senior person on the team. They were looking for someone who is hard working, has experience, and is willing to learn. I needed to demonstrate key skills and metrics to prove my qualifications.
