First, a phone call with a recruiter to go over your resume and why you're interested in the role. Next, a video call with the hiring manager to discuss your skills and see if you're a good fit for the team. Finally, another phone call with the recruiter to further assess your skills and passion for the company.

I had an HR phone interview that went well, then a second interview with the two managers I would have been working with. The interview was quick, barely thirty minutes. I didn't feel they were very enthusiastic, so I wasn't expecting a positive response, but I did expect some feedback (which is completely normal when you're in a recruitment process). No email or call to follow up on these interviews. It's unacceptable to have so little regard for candidates, especially from a company of this standing.
