First, an HR screening was done to talk about VISA, availability, and past experience. Then, the next day, I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite meeting involved meeting the manager, discussing my resume and motivation, and a half-hour technical test.

First I spoke with HR, then I had an in-person meeting, and finally an online meeting. The HR person called me and asked questions over the phone to see if I was a good fit. After that, I met with my direct manager and then their manager.

Just one round for this internship interview! It was a pretty easy Teams interview, but both hiring managers had their cameras and mics off, making it feel like I was talking to myself. I asked about the internship duration, and they mentioned HR had already told me, which wasn't true. They only unmuted to ask questions, maybe because it was a Friday afternoon. I asked for feedback but didn't get a response. It's understandable, but maybe management should consider keeping cameras on – it's a bit discouraging otherwise.
