Tech Crew
The manager led me to a back office, situated behind the Information Desk, for the interview. For the most part, it was a pretty relaxed conversation. If you're a student, your interviewer will likely be another student from the university. The managers are good at making you feel at ease and ensuring the interview process is comfortable.

I had an interview with the assistant director and a graduate assistant. They asked me some basic questions about communication skills and the work environment. The assistant manager and graduate assistant handle the scheduling and hiring. They were both nice but also very direct during the interview.

The interview process is a bit lengthy, with significant time gaps between rounds, sometimes taking over a month to proceed. However, the HR representative was pleasant. There are delays in feedback updates, which can take months. The company's core business involves testing.
