The interview process had 3 steps. It started with a phone call, then the next two interviews were in person. Scheduling was really bad, like I had to pay $30-$50 for parking downtown, and then when I got there, they didn't even have my name for security. I waited a long time. I figured maybe it was a scheduling mistake, but then for the third interview, it happened again. Waited a long time and nobody knew I was coming. After the third interview, I never heard back, even after sending 3 emails. So I studied for them, drove downtown, paid for parking ($30 each time), waited 30 minutes each time, interviewed for an hour twice, and then got no response at all. Super unprofessional and rude, a really unpleasant experience.

It's a pretty standard process. A week after I submitted my resume, they sent me an email for a quick phone call. After that, I got an assessment questionnaire. I guess I did well enough to get an in-person meeting at their office. They then asked me to come back to do some sample work there. Right after that, I got an offer and I'm set to start in a few weeks.

I applied for the Logistics Coordinator job and heard back from HR the next day via email to set up a Zoom interview. The first interview was with HR, lasting about an hour, and covered easy questions about me and my past work experience. Two days later, I interviewed with the supervisor who asked more specific questions about logistics scenarios and how I've dealt with them.

The interview process wasn't the easiest but it made sense. The first call was mainly about the 'whys'. It wasn't hard, but I could tell that people who want an easy time or aren't self-aware wouldn't make it. I spent a lot of time researching and thinking before applying, which really helped. Then, I met the team and worked with them for a few hours to check team chemistry and 'soft' skills.
