Human Resources Manager
Applied and got an interview scheduled the next day, which was pretty quick. The first chat was 30 minutes, and it felt really good. I think it would be a cool place to work. The person interviewing me was really positive and easy to get along with.
- Could you describe how you handle employee conflicts?
Driver Manager
The interview process was simple and casual, not very in-depth. It felt a bit shady. I completed the interview, and despite calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing regularly, I was told there would be a second interview, but they never called or emailed back. I was left in the dark. The interview was on 9/14/16, and there's still no follow-up from the company. You'd think with my solid background in the transportation industry, they'd at least tell me yes or no instead of never responding. I've never seen a company that wouldn't respond to a message for a follow-up or respect me enough to tell me if I got the second interview.
- Tell me about your experience in this field.
Truck Driver
You'll do a pretrip and road test, then a drug test. After the drug test, orientation begins on Wednesday, and by Friday, you'll have your truck and be heading out on your first load.
