Technical Support Engineer
The interview process consists of 4 rounds: First, an online assessment. Second, a recruiter screening to check your focus and prior experience. Third, a technical round focusing on your technical expertise on SQL, any programming language, and troubleshooting approach given a scenario. Fourth, a managerial round with a director to discuss your fit for the role.
- Can you describe a complex technical issue you troubleshooted and resolved?

First there was an online test, then a technical round where they asked some MySQL queries and then a Manager round. Even after doing well in the manager round, there was no communication from HR about whether I was selected. They should send some email.
