Been in contact for almost two months now. After two phone screenings, two in-person interviews with multiple people, and one video chat interview, I'm still waiting for a response.

Behavioral Presentation

They are to the point and move quickly. I had 3 rounds of interviews in a week and a half. The first call was very conversational, talking about my background and some expectations. The second round was with a top billing BDR to ask questions and understand their day-to-day. The third call was with 2 BDR managers. They asked about my sales background and techniques and had me do a short sales pitch for them to show what research I did on Shipbob. They will give you feedback and ask you to implement it right away in a second pitch. The interviews are quick and to the point. You'll have about 10-15 minutes to ask your questions.

Behavioral Case Other

The interview process starts with a phone call to get a feel for what you're looking for and explain the role at ShipBob. Then, there's a second call with current SDRs, as they really care about finding the right culture fit. Finally, you'll have an on-site meeting with leadership and current SDRs, and you'll get to shadow the SDR role.
