The process was like this: recruiter phone screening, case study, peer interview, manager/team interview, and then the offer. The people were nice. Be realistic and see if you can handle the daily task load. Ask about the manager's style and reflect on how you prefer to be managed.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed for the Business Development Representative position in the Midmarket team, and I had a really good experience. The interview process had three main stages. First, I had an initial chat with a recruiter. Then, I got to shadow a current BDR, which gave me a clear idea of what the day-to-day tasks involve. Lastly, I interviewed with two managers who were super informative and gave me a detailed overview of the company culture, team objectives, and what it's like to work at ShipBob. They talked a lot about the company's mission and values, which helped me see that ShipBob's goals are in line with mine. The interview process was thorough and educational, and it really helped me decide to pursue ShipBob for my next career move.

Behavioral Case

ShipBob's interview process is very clear and they get back to you quickly. I really liked it and felt ready and comfortable for my interviews (both online and in-person). For instance, I really appreciated that the recruiter would email me on how I should get ready for my interview (read up on certain articles, check out the website, prep for certain questions, etc.) and responded fast to any questions I had about the interview. Overall, ShipBob's interview process is one of the best I've gone through -- really enjoyed their focus on details and that they cared.
