It felt pretty tough. I did a technical challenge, and then I met the team. They were upfront about the poor work-life balance. I probably wouldn't have taken the job even if they'd offered it.

The interview process was a positive experience with consistent follow-ups from HR. It consisted of 5 rounds. First, an initial HR Screening Call covered my background and career goals, and the HR rep explained the role. Then, a SQL Technical Round involved a case study with an Excel dataset and 3 SQL queries that were discussed with a Senior Analyst. The Hiring Manager Round, with two managers, focused on my past experiences and projects, including behavioral questions about handling specific situations. A Cultural Round with the Chief Business Officer of ShipBob India involved behavioral questions about reacting to various scenarios. Finally, a Case Study Round with the VP of Pricing assessed problem-solving skills by presenting a common team scenario and asking for an approach to resolve it. After completing all rounds, there were final negotiations with the hiring HR before the offer was extended.
