Accounting Manager
The interview process was really good. The recruiter, Eva, was very responsive. The people interviewing me asked relevant questions and were thorough in making sure I was a good fit for the role and the company. It was helpful that they sent over the topics to be covered beforehand; it allowed me to really think about my past experiences and get ready to give genuine answers without being totally surprised.
- Tell me about your experience building a team or function and how you handled challenges related to people, process, and systems.

First up was an HR screening interview. After that, there was an Excel assessment. Then, an interview with the hiring manager. The final interview was with the people on the team.
