I spoke with about 5-6 people in one on one interviews, they were mostly casual chats. After those were done, I had to give a clinical presentation for an hour to a bigger group. They asked questions to see if I knew my stuff and could talk about clinical data.

Had a good first meeting with the interviewer. I talked to two people who asked me some technical questions. The process was pretty basic and straightforward. The interview took about an hour and ended on a good note.

I applied online via the Shionogi website and after a few weeks, got an email for a telephone interview with the recruiter. The recruiter called on time and asked me to walk through my CV for the last 12 years, specifying responsibilities even though the roles were similar and I'd only moved for logistics. The interviewer seemed aloof and impersonal. They said the next steps were CV review by the hiring manager and then a decision. After two more weeks of no contact, I called. The next day, an email said they'd changed the job spec and wouldn't proceed. I would have appreciated a call or feedback, and there was no way to reply to the rejection email.

I applied online and received an email the next day for a telephone interview. The telephone interview was really short, about 10 minutes. The recruiter seemed to be in a hurry. When I was talking about my work experience, they interrupted me to ask another question, which I thought was a bit rude. I didn't get the job. I asked for feedback but they didn't give me any. I get that you can't give feedback to everyone, but I think candidates who had a phone or in-person interview should get one. It shows how much the organization values the recruitment process, and it can impact their image as a place to work. Everything starts with recruitment, but a lot of companies seem to forget that.
