It was very behavioral, barely any technicals, they only focused on like my past experiences and what I wanted to do next, They were very attentive of my expectations for the position.

Behavioral Other

I applied online through their recruitment website and had to write a CV of about 1,500 characters in Korean. After they screened my application, I was offered a single round interview. It wasn't technical at all, more like a casual coffee chat where it felt like they were evaluating me based on the questions I asked.

Behavioral Presentation

Submitted my CV and HR contacted me for the initial interview. The first round was an onsite HR interview, checking my background, motivation, and general fit. After passing, I got invited for a final interview with the CEO, discussing company vision, my potential contributions, and long-term goals. The whole thing took about two months from start to finish.

Behavioral Technical

I emailed HR to be considered for the role. There was a phone interview with the HR Office, followed by an in-person visit where I met with the VP and the CEO. They asked mostly behavioral questions, along with some finance-related questions about markets and current events. The VP was particularly focused on accounting questions. The takeaway is that they're short on talent, so if you can show you're smart, getting an offer isn't too hard. However, the offer itself might be bad, so you'll need to really push to show your value. They tend to act like they don't realize the cost of living in the city, so you'll have to make a strong case for a decent salary.
