The hiring process was quite involved. It consisted of three interviews, followed by a very lengthy assessment. The company wants to know everything about you, only to decide not to proceed with your profile based on the assessment results.

The interview process had two main stages. The first stage was a call interview. From what I gathered from other candidates, most of us passed this initial round, though some chose not to proceed. The second stage was a face-to-face interview which included a test. The test had several sections. Section A was simple math (+-x /) but without a calculator. Section B involved choosing the fourth picture in a series of three objective questions. Section C had a graph similar to what we learned in Form 4 physics (distance vs. speed) requiring calculation and justification. There were also questions asking to calculate areas (circle, triangle) and justify the answers. Another part of the test was about critical thinking, presenting a scenario and a problem, asking for a resolution using mathematical theory. The test also included personal questions about your health, background, and studies. After submitting the test, candidates would wait for an interview with a panel. In my case, the panel members were from the production team, so expect technical questions. If you're a fresh graduate, the questions will be simpler, mostly about your academic work. You'll be notified by call or email if you're successful. I wasn't selected, but I want to share this to help others. This job might not be for me, but it could be for someone else. I had a quick sync phone call with the department manager to see if we were on the same page about the position. Then, I visited their office for an in-person interview with the manager I spoke with earlier and an HR person. This was similar to the phone call, aiming to ensure we were aligned and to clarify any questions about what we would potentially be working with. It was a very open session for answering questions from both sides.

They'll give you a call first, then set up a time for an online meeting, and conduct it through Google Meet. If you pass the first interview, they'll let you know, and then you'll go to the company for the second interview.
