First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SHIMENTO.
Intern
They called and asked a couple of questions about us, and then there was no reply; they just don't give any proper updates. They asked about our skills and if working from home was okay, then they just cut the call with no reply or update afterward.
- Is working from home something you are okay with?
Devops Engineer
The interview process was good. It was technical and to the point, starting on time. They introduced themselves and asked about me before moving on to some tricky questions.
- Could you state your full name?
Revenue Analyst
The entire interview process was conducted over the phone. Before I was presented to the final client, there were a few steps, including signing and submitting a 'right to represent' form for the position. This is a step that some other recruiters don't formally require me to sign when submitting me for a contract role.
- Were you able to perform the duties of the job role as posted on Glassdoor?
- Did you have any questions about your job gap?
Program Manager
The initial contact was great and the whole process from first enquiry to getting the final offer was really smooth. It was a simple and straightforward interview process without any major problems. The paperwork was clearly laid out and simple to complete, and the required documents were clearly specified. The HR team and executives were very helpful throughout the hiring process.
