I had 2 interviews virtually. I spoke with site managers and the regional director. Everyone was positive, kind, and it appears they run a great program with good values. The interview process was well organized.

I had a 30-minute Google video interview with HR. Some teachers and staff were supposed to be there but didn't show up. The interview was pretty basic. It felt like they were pushing the treatment counselor job instead of the paraprofessional one. I got an email four days later saying I didn't get the job.
