I had a very positive experience interviewing at ShiftKey. The process was well structured and thoughtful, with 4-5 rounds designed to understand both technical skills and team fit. The interviews felt conversational and the interviewers were respectful, engaged, and genuinely interested in how I approach problems and collaboration. I appreciated that the process focused not just on technical knowledge, but also on communication style, handling ambiguity, and working cross functionally. 4 rounds, including recruiter screening, discussions around applied machine learning and business problem solving, a technical deep dive with coding, and a final culture focused conversation. Expectations were clear, and I felt encouraged to ask questions throughout. Communication from the recruiting team was professional and transparent, even when timelines shifted due to holidays or internal scheduling. Overall, the process felt fair, and aligned with how the company presents its culture.

I interviewed with Shiftkey for the Senior Product Manager role back in June 2025. It kicked off with a recruiter call with Artur, which went super well, then I had an interview with Kevin, the new Head of Product. When I started, they hadn't totally nailed down what they needed for the role. As things went on, they started looking more for someone with solid fintech experience, and that's why I ended up not moving forward. Despite not getting further, I thought the people and company were great. I'd be open to talking again if something else comes up. The interview process included: 1. Recruiter Screen 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Peer Interview 4. Stakeholder Panel Interviews

It was pretty straightforward. They gave me a small exercise to test my accuracy, basically a document with mistakes that I had to spot in 3 minutes. The conversation was friendly. The whole thing lasted about 30-40 minutes. I'd say go for it.

The interview process was very straightforward and without delay. I was told from the start that there would be 3 rounds of interviews in total. The recruiter, hiring manager, and director of operations were very nice and professional and communicated promptly. I didn't get the job, but the hiring process from this company is one of the best I've experienced during my job search.
