It was pretty straightforward, there were 4 stages. First, an HR call, then two technical interviews, and finally an interview with the Engineering Manager. They were interviewing two other people and it was their final stage, which is why they stopped the interview process.

A recruiter reached out to me. We had an initial Skype call that went well, discussing the company, my role, and my skills. A few days later, I had a second Skype interview with a software engineer. This interviewer seemed a bit arrogant and kept insisting we turn off cameras for connection, even though the call was clear. When I asked about remote work, he stated it wasn't allowed or negotiable. He mentioned technical questions at the end but didn't ask any, possibly due to time constraints or his decision. I finished by wishing him well and joking about the AC, to which he replied the building was 'ecological' and had no AC. Despite these oddities, the main issue was the complete ghosting from the company and recruiter afterwards, with no further communication.

I got contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The process started with a phone chat with the recruiter about my motivation for the role. Then, there was a technical phone interview with an engineer that lasted about 45-60 minutes. After that, I had an onsite technical interview with 2 engineers, which took about 1.5-2 hours. The final stage was an interview with the CTO and team leader, but I didn't proceed since I had already accepted another offer.
