First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Shift Paradigm.
Engagement Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a presentation. After I completed the presentation, they put the job on hold before the final interview. It was a total waste of time. I can't believe they put a candidate through such a long process, involving hours on a presentation, only to put the role on hold right before the last interview. Candidate time is valuable and shouldn't be squandered like this. This kind of unprofessionalism is not something I'd want to be associated with. I won't be wasting my time applying to this company again.
- Standard/generic interview questions were asked.
Quality Assurance Analyst
The interview process was really straightforward and wrapped up in about a week. It started with an initial phone screening. If that went well, the next step was a virtual meeting with the department leads. They asked some questions that made me think, but the interview itself was pretty easy-going overall. Trendline seems to be a super laid-back company and they do a good job of making you feel comfortable, even if you're feeling a bit nervous during the interview. They didn't end up extending an offer because they had a hiring limit, but I'd definitely consider them again if the opportunity arises!

Strategic Project Manager
HR was very communicative and gave feedback on the interview and why the company didn’t move forward. I originally applied for one role and HR ruled me out of this position due to my higher salary & salary. My experience & salary put me into a higher role. This role was under LeadMD (a trendline interactive company) The company and people seemed to be amazing. The interview process was: 1. Initial call with HR 2. Interview with senior project manager 3. If you move to next step, would be another interview with different department you interface with. 4. final step would be project case study to where you’d have to present to a group.

Software Engineer
The interview process included a screen and cultural fit interview, followed by a collaborative video call process over two sessions. During these sessions, I was given a link to a repository which I shared and discussed. Technical questions were integrated into the conversation. The overall experience felt relaxed and not stressful. The final stage was a culture fit interview with the Product Owner/Project Manager.
