I first applied online and then got a call from a recruiter asking basic questions about my background and what I'm looking for. Next, I talked to someone I would be working with directly. After that, I went to the office to interview with a senior partner. They gave me a small project and a personality test to see if I'd be a good fit for the team. The last interview was with the CEO and COO, where we talked about tough questions and what my job would actually be. The recruiter kept in touch the whole time. The process was fast and smooth, and I never had to wait around for updates.

Behavioral Case

entreQuest is a unique recruiting company, not the typical uptight suit and tie type. They have an open-office environment that fosters greater success rates for the team. My contact met me on time and we had a conversation about my wants, desires, and needs for my next position and how my experience, education, and skillset might match the employer's need for a "rock star." The interview was more of a discussion than a list of boilerplate questions. Their method is different and more personable, which is conducive in a non-entry level consultative sales interview process.

Eric Frank was great throughout the whole process! He reached out in a way that didn't feel pushy, mentioning that while he wasn't sure about my current job situation, the role seemed like a good fit and he'd love to chat if I was open to it. He asked some key questions to understand my work style, ambitions, and any obstacles I faced, even before discussing the job itself. This showed he was genuinely interested in me as a candidate and not just trying to fill a spot. Eric was professional in his communication and kept me informed. I took the job and have been happy since. Eric's positive vibe and professionalism really stood out.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have worked with countless recruiters over the years in my career. Some of those experiences were good and some weren't. By far, this was the best I have ever worked with. Eric was not only extremely knowledgeable, helpful, & accommodating, but truly cared about my well-being. He made certain I was well prepared for my interviews, knew everything so there were no surprises, & wasn't left with any lingering questions. He worked for both parties to make sure it was a fit and not just a placement. I can assure you that I spent hours on the phone with him talking through my decision and he gave sound advice that was impartial. He would have rather not placed me than place me in a bad situation. I never review anything yet I felt compelled to do so as Eric was above and beyond anyone I have ever come across. I will always refer anyone I know in the market for a job to Eric going forward.
