The interview was in-person and involved a staff registered nurse and the program manager. We discussed medical care for newborns with jaundice and infant assessments, as well as my service experience. They also asked about my availability and desired salary. Scenarios were presented, such as dealing with patients experiencing poverty, bugs in their homes, and safety concerns. Three people were present and were very open to my questions about the role and scheduling. They also talked about drive times and potential work locations.
