I applied online, and then I got a technical design challenge. I had one interview round with the hiring manager, then a phone call with HR about the final decision.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and heard back from TA to set up a phone screen with a recruiter. It was a casual chat about my background and the company culture. Then I had two more interviews with hiring managers for different roles. The hiring managers were nice. Both felt more like a chat than an interview. They asked me to go over my resume and asked specific follow-up questions for the job. I didn't get an offer, but it was a professional experience. Everyone I met seemed real and believed in what the company was doing.

Technical Presentation

It was a pretty intensive process. I had 1 technical recruiter call, then 1 call with one of the lead engineers. After that, I had a full morning/afternoon on-site which included several interviews with different team members and a full presentation. I didn't get the job, but the technical recruiter was nice enough to reach out post-rejection to explain how I could improve. They also covered a free lunch for me halfway through the interviews.
