I applied straight through their website. An HR person reached out via email to set up a phone screen. The screen turned out to be a video interview, which was a surprise, but they rescheduled it for an hour later to make it work. The next interview was with the manager.

I was contacted by an HR Rep. after she saw my resume on the internet. I came into the Somerset office, met with the HR Rep. first, and then with the managers of the Purchasing Department. I was straight out of college, so the interview was mainly based on my limited experiences at my summer internships and my personal qualifications.
- Can you tell me about your ability to perform under pressure?

So there are two interviews. The first one is a quick phone screen with HR. After that, the second interview is about an hour long video call with the director and managers. Then you have to answer a few questions via email, and they'll make their decision after that.
