First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SHI International.
Account Manager
I went through three interview steps: a phone interview, a video interview, and then a final video interview with two upper-management representatives. The first two interviews were pretty quick, lasting fourteen minutes or less, but the final one was about an hour long.
- How do you deal with pressure?
- What are you looking for in a supervisor?
- Give me three words that describe you.
Account Manager
SHI reached out to me for this role. I went through several interviews, and then a final 90-day presentation. The hiring manager indicated I would receive an offer and told me to follow up with him if I didn't hear from the Recruiter by a certain day. When I didn't hear from the Recruiter, I followed up with the hiring manager, who responded rather rudely that I was too pushy. The next day, the Recruiter informed me they weren't interested. I've asked for specific feedback but haven't received any. Such a waste of my time!
- Can you describe your daily organizational methods?
Account Manager
It was a super fast process. Started with a phone chat where they asked some basic stuff about what I knew about SHI and why I was interested in the job. The next week I went in for an in-person meeting with two really nice people. We mostly just talked about what the job involves and how my previous experience aligns with it. The last part was a computer-based assessment with some open-ended questions about different situations.
- Tell me what you know about SHI.
