First, a call with the recruiter. Then, a call with the district manager, which is meant to be a casual chat to get to know each other. After that, there's a call with a panel, followed by a call with an extended panel where you'll present your 30/60/90 day plan.

Applied online and then the recruiter got back to me the next day to set up an initial call. We talked about my background and then I had my first interview with the hiring manager. It was pretty conversational, with some typical interview questions mixed in. After that, I moved to a presentation round. It was a bit vague but straightforward - basically walking through a standard SHI intro call to set up a follow-up meeting. This was with the same hiring manager, but they mentioned another manager is usually there. I was told to expect more questions after the presentation if that person was present. I didn't get the job, but the process felt fast, fair, and responsive.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was pretty disappointing. The first call with the internal recruiter explained the steps and potential earnings, which seemed to fit what I was looking for. However, more and more steps kept getting added, and they kept saying it was the final stage. My earnings needs were discussed in the first three calls with the recruiter, DM, and area VP. They all said it was 'no problem' and they understood. I initially thought I'd make more than I expected by moving. But as more 'final steps' were added, the actual earnings became clearer. I had to walk away and declined to continue. It felt like a waste of time because if they had been upfront initially, I wouldn't have taken a second call. This doesn't feel like an Enterprise role, but more like an entry-level job with a fancy title.
