The interview process was okay, but communication was really bad. They kept saying they liked me and wanted to hire me, but they were slow to respond. By the time I got an offer, I had already accepted another job.

The interview process was very straightforward with no trick questions. The interviewers were kind and professional. Expect a Zoom interview first, and then it progresses from there. The process was quick, and you won't feel like you're being strung along. The recruitment team is also very proactive.

The interview was about 30 minutes long. I got to ask some questions, and then they asked me some questions. The interview went okay, but they mentioned they only hire summer associates in practice areas where they have a need. So, if I expressed interest in an area they don't need help with, they wouldn't hire me because they "don't want to waste our time." This struck me as odd because most firms encourage summer associates to explore different areas before committing.
