The welcome was friendly from the moment I got to the reception. The interview involved discussing my background, abilities, and what I'm interested in. I also spoke with another employee in Spanish. They answered all of my questions.

I was called to schedule an in person interview, there was no phone screening. Interviewed with the manager who was very friendly and personable. Then two weeks later was called back for a second interview with the director- he was very friendly and made the interview as easy as possible to get through.

I found the job on craigslist and applied online. A few days later, I got an email to come in for a group interview. When I got there, there were about six interviewers from different places and about fifteen other people interviewing. Everyone took turns introducing themselves. The interviewers asked questions, and if you knew the answer, you raised your hand and answered. It was about half an hour long and the questions weren't too hard.
