It was an in-person interview, but some people were online and others were in the room. Everyone was welcoming and approachable. The main thing I took away is that I never got any feedback at any time.

The interviewers were very friendly and informative. The questions were quite easy to answer, though some were a bit more challenging. I received a full description of the role and had plenty of time to ask my own questions.

So the hiring process started with this really long application, like 3000 words answering questions, and each one had a minimum word count. It was basically asking for examples of how you met every single attribute they wanted for the role. Honestly, it felt more like a bureaucratic HR task than a way to find good people.
