Behavioral Other

The interview process was unprofessional and rude. Shelter House had unprofessional women interviewing candidates who had issues with candidates not fitting into their sloppy culture. Other reviews on other boards reflect the same thing. They need oversight.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • After chuckling when they saw me on zoom, there were many general questions asked to waste my time when they knew full well they had issues reflecting their own inner turmoil.

The hiring process was quite straightforward. After applying, I received a call within two weeks. I went through three rounds of interviews, plus an additional interview with the coordinator. All of the interviews were conducted over Zoom and the questions were pretty simple.

The interview process was long, spanning months with 3 interviews in total. One interview was great, but another was just asking the same question repeatedly in different ways without any flexibility. It was very repetitive.
