It was a smooth process with normal conversation. It was very good, I learned so many things from them and I will improve till my next interview. They are friendly and smart with their approach. The members are well enough to figure out the candidate.

It was a lengthy and pretty overwhelming process, with a lot to take in. Some of the material wasn't covered in the single lesson, but overall it was a good experience, and I learned enough.

First they wanna know about your previous experience and look at how you carry yourself. You'll initially meet with the General Manager. Then, you'll have a more in-depth interview with the Safety Manager, who you'll also do a lot of training with. After that, you'll meet with the line service supervisors, and they'll discuss your candidacy amongst themselves. They're open to hiring folks without prior experience.
