Drilling Engineer
So the process generally involves looking over applications, then a quick screening chat. After that, there's a technical assessment, followed by interviews that are both technical and behavioral. We also do a culture-fit discussion, some problem-solving exercises, and then a final round. Afterwards, we give feedback and decide on an offer.
- What's your experience with application review, screening calls, technical assessments, behavioral and technical interviews, culture-fit discussions, problem-solving exercises, and final rounds, including feedback and offer decisions?
Graduate Analyst
It was a pretty standard and easy interview process, mostly general behavioural and motivational questions. The interviewer was nice and kind, and the whole process felt quite relaxed. I discussed my education, experience, and expertise relevant to the role.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your reasons for applying?
- Could you elaborate on your educational background and previous work experience?
- What are your areas of expertise within the field we are hiring for?
Engineer
The interview process was really smooth and organized. All the questions were thoughtful and clear, and my interviewer communicated really well, which made the whole thing engaging and kept me feeling calm. That clear communication helped me relax and turned what could have been a stressful time into a good discussion. By the end, I felt like I was judged fairly and also learned more about what the company cares about and how they work just from how the interview went down.
- How do you handle disagreements within your team?
Project Engineer
The initial step was a phone screen. After that, a Microsoft Teams interview took place with the acting head of the department and a senior engineer. Round 2 was an in-office interview with the head of the department and the team lead. It was very disappointing as I received no feedback after the in-person interview in round 2. When I followed up, the recruiter said, "we will inform you of next steps next week" but I never heard back from them.
