Business Development Executive
It was a disappointing and time-wasting experience. The recruiter seemed cold initially. The process was disorganized, with one interviewer no-showing and the recruiter unaware. Later rounds felt rushed and unstructured. Interviewers seemed unfamiliar with the Account Executive role and questioned my experience inappropriately, forcing me to clarify basic details. Despite multiple rounds and an onsite, I was rejected for lacking e-commerce experience, which should have been apparent earlier. There also seemed to be a lack of diversity. Overall, poor communication, disorganization, and disrespect for candidates' time.
