I applied online and got an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was actually the hardest part of the whole process. An HR person asked me about my background and some behavioral questions. After that, I was invited to interview at one of their offices. First, I talked to someone in the CMST program who just told me about their time at the company and asked a couple of questions. Then, a mid-level person from the estimating department came in, asked some questions, and shared their experience. Finally, I met with a senior employee. It seems like a really good company that's moving in a positive direction.
