While you're reviewing the questions, since you don't know exactly what questions you will be asked, consider some situations you have dealt with at work or projects you have worked on. You may be able to use them to help frame responses. Prepare example that illustrate times when you have successfully solved problems or performed memorably. Also, prepare examples where you have dealt with difficult or challenging situations, because you will probably be asked about negative situations as well as positive ones. The examples will be useful to help you respond meaningfully during a behavioral interview.

I found the job posting through my school and heard back for an interview in about a week. The interview was pretty typical, starting with the usual 'tell me about yourself.' The interviewer seemed more interested in getting a feel for my personality and what I'm into, so we ended up chatting about current events, some of the company's projects, and my hobbies. It was definitely my favorite interview experience so far because it felt more like a casual conversation between friends than a formal interview. A unique part was at the end when they asked me to give feedback on their interviewing style.

I got this job as a training coordinator because I was an intern here for 6 months first. The interview process is usually pretty fast. You'll typically get a call within 2-3 weeks of applying. Then there's a quick interview, about an hour long. They want to get to know you by asking about your past jobs and education, and also your family. They'll also ask if you're up for traveling and moving since that's a big part of this job.

I interviewed as an internal candidate with my direct supervisor, the recruiting manager, and the director of recruiting. It was a pretty standard "resume" interview where we discussed my previous experience as a field recruiter and my educational background. Overall, it was a good interview, and the people interviewing me knew me pretty well.
