First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Shared Vision Executives.
Management Trainee
It wasn't hard, mostly basic questions, and they'll review your background and resume. They also checked if you could commute easily and asked about your desires and goals to see if they align with theirs.
- What makes you interested in customer service?
Brand Ambassador
I found the job on zip-recruiter and then they emailed me to come in for an interview. It was in Jersey City and it was pretty short. They asked me some standard questions.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What are your greatest strengths?
- What do you consider your weaknesses?
Marketing Associate
I met with the CEO, Mike Heldman. He wanted to know about me, my background, and my interest in the company. He also shared information about the company and their training program. He was friendly and gave me a good feel for the work environment.
- Who would you choose to have lunch with if you could pick anyone from history?
Manager
Got an email about interview times, then got a call same day to set it up on the spot. Went to the interview the next day, it was short, like 20 mins. Right after, they asked if I could do another interview the next day if picked, which would be from 12pm-7pm.
- If it came down to two candidates, with you being one of them, why should I choose you over the other person?
