Long and stressful process. I went through interviews with 7 people. Started with HR, then management, returned to HR, interviews with 2 managers, another interview with management, until the final stage with the CEO.

It's for the on-site medical records specialist job. I already did the interview with the recruiter over Microsoft Teams. If you look into Sharecare's values and can link them to your past work experiences, you'll do great.

The interview starts with HR to check if you're a good personality fit. They're looking for people who like a flexible schedule, a relaxed vibe, and are ready to hustle on projects. Then, you'll have a technical chat with the UX Director about your experience and skills. Be ready for general and advanced JavaScript/OOP questions to show your critical thinking and JS knowledge. Honesty about what you don't know is key. Medium to advanced CSS is important too, especially OOP CSS like SASS. Know your HTML and POST/GET concepts, and practice JSON. Showing interest in JS frameworks like AngularJS is a plus. If they like you, you'll meet 1:1 with managers to see if you're a fit. Be personable, elaborate on answers, and ask them about the company and Sharecare. Finally, you'll chat with potential teammates. HR will notify you of the decision, which is a joint management call. If you reach this stage, your team likes you, so be confident but not cocky.
