I spoke with the recruiter, but they had to reschedule a few times last minute. The call itself was a waste of time; they took the call late, possibly from their car or while commuting, and seemed completely unprepared, which left a poor impression. Unprompted, they spent about 15 minutes detailing the structure of each team. When I asked about the actual role, they couldn't give specific details and were vague about compensation. It wasn't a good experience, and I decided not to proceed.

You'll meet with the Team Lead and your future peers, as well as one of the Managers who might report to you. It's a conversational meeting, mainly to understand your values and background. Feel free to ask your own questions; it's not meant to be a tough or formal setting.

The first round was a casual, resume-based chat with HR. The second round was a behavioral interview with the research lead. I didn't make it to the third round, but I know it involved a case study and presentation before offers were made.
