It was great, first was an online interview with recorded videos, then the next stage was in person with face to face interactions! I felt no stress and just was myself

They call it an interview, but it's not really. It's you and a bunch of other people listening to their powerpoint pitch for a commission-based position. The recruiting process was shady at best. It's definitely a possibility to make money, but I was really turned off by the procedure they chose.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was two steps. First, they did a phone screening. If you passed the screening call, they set up a video call interview with people from the Kansas City office. These two interviews happened on different days. They were very informative and open about the job. It seemed like they really cared and wanted to make sure the person they hired would fit in and share the company's values. They focused on ensuring it was the best outcome for everyone involved.
