The interview was very easy and conversational. They asked about my hobbies and why I wanted the role. We also discussed what the role would mean to me and why I'm interested in the company. They inquired about my life and my strengths.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your hobbies?
- What is your motivation for working at Shakesmart?
Barista
We had a group interview. The interviewer asked a lot of scenario-based questions and about our past job experiences. Having prior barista experience gives you a significant edge over candidates from other roles.
- Can you describe how you'd handle a busy shift compared to a typical one?
Food Service Worker
I asked if they were hiring, and they said yes. I filled out the application but they never got back to me. It's all good though.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in working at Shake Smart?
- What are your preferred working hours?
