The interview lasted around 25 minutes and included about 5 open-ended questions. They asked about my motivation for joining the company, what past experiences made me a good fit, and some examples of supervising clients in previous roles. After the interview, I had to complete an assessment questionnaire to see how qualified I was for the job.

I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes before being taken to a room where three managers interviewed me. They asked about my experience and goals for about 10 minutes. Then, I was told to go back to the lobby to meet an HR rep who would take me to complete a behavioral test. After waiting another 30 minutes, I was brought to a computer in a small room where another candidate was also taking the test. I finished the 35-minute test, which involved questions about how I'd handle situations like a hostile patient. I was told I'd hear back by the end of the week about an offer, but they called a few hours later. They offered me a full-time position, even though I requested part-time. They also mentioned the pay is based on 'years of experience with children, with a minimum of 2 years.' The offer was $9.60 an hour, which I declined.

Behavioral

The initial interview started late after I arrived on time. In the second interview, the ADON was busy and sent someone else to speak with me. After getting a job offer, I had to follow up multiple times to confirm the specific shift and unit. I was given a start date for orientation, but it took several calls to learn the exact time and location. I got the impression the ADON was overloaded with work.

I saw an ad and called them. HR called me back to set up an interview with the director of operations. He told me how unhappy he was with the current maintenance staff and asked if I could do better. We talked about my experience and resume, and then discussed hourly wage. We agreed on a pay. Two days later, I got the job offer.
