So the whole process is basically how companies check you out, right? Like to see if you've got the right skills and if you'd fit in. It starts with some quick stuff, like looking at your resume and then a phone chat. After that, you'll probably have a few interviews, maybe online or in person, where they ask you questions. They figure out how you did, and then if all goes well, they do a background check and hopefully offer you the job.
