The interview process was pretty simple and straightforward. I sent in my resume and got an email asking me to fill out a form. Then comes the interview round where they ask you questions based on your resume. Prepare for it such that it shows off some skill that you can use at the job as the student assistant. It is a plus if you are referred by someone working there as a student assistant too.
