It seemed like a high-end opportunity, but it's actually just like being a car salesperson with really long working hours. The interviewers were friendly, but I was rejected after the test.

Got recruited at my college with invite only info session, first round interview, aptitude testing, and finally in person dealership specific interview. The people and process were kind and encouraging. A positive experience!

I found out about this Management Trainee role at my college career fair. After chatting with an associate there, I got an interview opportunity with Sewell. Before the interview, we had to attend a mandatory informational session. Then, I interviewed with two Sewell managers at my school. They asked basic questions about why I wanted to join Sewell and what my interests were. They really seem to be looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in working there, and their questions are designed to gauge that. After the interview, there was a short basic knowledge and personality test. If they were impressed with the interview, they then have you take a more extensive IQ test and another personality test.

Behavioral Other

The interview process started with a behavioral interview at the university. Then, there was a 3-hour aptitude/personality test. The final round was at the dealership. It was a pretty straightforward process overall, focused on seeing if I'd fit their company culture. They seem to be recruiting students with the goal of hiring them full-time after graduation.
