Very well structured. First contact clearly indicated the procedure, and it was followed from start to finish. The process involved several interviews, initially online, then on-site. A final on-site meeting included a technical assessment and introductions to senior management. The entire process took about 10 hours in total, spread across the different interactions. The HR department was easily reachable.

Great overall. accommodating, formal and professional. The interview aims to get a better understanding of the applicant, their future goals and their experiences. The interviewers make it clear what SEW-eurodrive is looking for in an intern and what they are able to offer in terms of assignments.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview included two people, the HR manager and the accounting lead. It started with job-related questions, followed by many irrelevant personal questions. The interview lasted over 90 minutes, which is quite long. At the end, they asked about my salary expectations and mentioned that if I were selected, there would be further tests taking about 4 hours. I've had many interviews, but this felt more like a psychological endurance test. I wasn't interested anymore.

Behavioral

The interview process was a quick chat in 3 stages: first with HR, then with HR and the direct manager, and finally a face-to-face meeting with the HR head and the sole manager. The atmosphere was welcoming and the candidate was really put at the center... The only downside was the unclear role, though there's theoretical room for growth and the reality is very interesting. The only letdown is the training they boast about is non-existent.
