The interview process started with a Hackerrank test containing 6 questions, which I finished on the same day. After about a month, I had a telephonic round where they asked some basic questions about my experience and the difference between Java and C++. This was followed by an onsite interview that lasted 2 hours. The onsite involved two face-to-face rounds, each with three interviewers: a project manager, a junior developer, and a senior developer. The first face-to-face round was about 45 minutes, with mostly basic questions about my experience and not many technical ones. The second face-to-face round lasted 65 minutes. The interviewers were quite relaxed and wanted to verify my claimed knowledge. They grilled me for a long time, and I felt I answered almost all the questions. I wonder why, with my experience, they didn't figure this out before inviting me for the face-to-face, as it felt like a complete waste of time for everyone involved.

So I had this really terrible interview experience, the recruiter was super unprofessional. I aced the online assessment, like got a perfect score, which the recruiter confirmed on the phone interview, that was the next step. The call was about 30 mins, we talked about my background and if I'd be a good fit. He gave me good feedback and we chatted more about the job. He said he'd schedule an on-site interview and send details the next day, but it's been two weeks and I've emailed him a bunch, no response at all, not even a rejection or an update.

First, I took 5 C++ online coding questions. Their OA is quite easy and focuses on C++ grammar more than algorithm questions. Then, you will be asked to go to their company. But it is not the final onsite. They will ask questions about your projects and some basic C++ questions and other programming questions. And then, they will pick some people to go to their next onsite section.
