The interview setting was really laid-back. The team seemed to really enjoy their work. Most of the interview panel, aside from the hiring manager, had less than 3 years of experience. The team discussed what a typical day would look like, assessed my skills, and how well I'd fit in. It was a lot more relaxed than any other interview I've been through.
