Project Manager
The interview process was very well-organized with clear, direct information and questions. It consisted of 4 rounds in total. All interviewers were polite and professional, and they provided all the necessary details to fully understand the role and its expectations.
- How would you approach managing work in a new environment, specifically in the biomedical field?
Project Manager
So I did a recruiter call first, and then I met with the hiring manager, a peer, and a senior exec. It was all pretty conversational and they really focused on whether I could do the job. I wasn't totally sure how I did after each chat, but the recruiter let me know they all liked talking to me and what the next steps were. I didn't get a super clear picture of the company culture though, so I'm hoping to figure that out once I start.
- Are you capable of managing complex professional services projects?
Project Manager
The interview process was pretty long and felt disorganized. I had multiple phone interviews, then an onsite, and then another phone interview after all that. Even after everything, I didn't get an offer and didn't really learn much.
- What's your approach to managing clients who are unhappy with how the project is going?
