I interviewed with Sev1Tech in early February. The interviewer was a little late and joined from their mobile phone because of some tech issues, which is understandable. After that, it was a good interview and I felt like my experience was a good match for the job. The interviewer mentioned I should hear back about moving forward by the end of the day or the next day. However, I never heard anything from the recruiter, and my follow-up email was ignored. This was a shame because the interview itself was pretty good, but the process fell apart at the end. My feedback is that companies should communicate better with applicants, even just the basics, since applicants are trying their best. This kind of communication failure reflects poorly on the company for no reason, hints at potential internal communication issues, and discourages future applicants. Please be as polite to potential employees as you are to clients.

I met with my then managers first, and then I had a follow-up interview with the CEO. It was a good experience overall, and I was able to get a feel for the company culture before I started.

I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first two were focused on my peers and the second 2 were with senior leadership in the company. Everyone was courteous and showed up on time. The work described is exactly what I got. The peer interviewers were knowledgeable about the topic, and the senior leadership was very clear in their expectations for the company.

It was a straightforward, one-on-one online interview. They talked to 3 people on the line at once. The interview lasted 45 minutes to an hour max. I found out that week and got an offer in the mail soon after. No behavioral BS.
