Mechanical Engineer
The interview process involved two virtual interviews, after which an offer was extended. The first interview was a 45-minute session with the director. The second interview was also approximately 45 minutes long and conducted by the person I would report to directly.
- Tell me about your past projects and the types of work you have done.
- Can you describe how your previous project experience relates to the projects at Setty?
Marketing Coordinator
It was a two-step interview process. First a phone interview, then either a virtual or in-person interview. The interviewer was really thorough and answered all my questions, even ones I thought of later. She made sure I knew what to expect and asked about the parts of marketing I'm most interested in and want to do more of.
- What are your career aspirations?
Design Engineer
It was a really smooth and fast process. It's rare to find a company that truly values its employees like a family, and it's super rewarding. You can tell during the interview that the employees are what matter most to the business, not the other way around.
- Looking ahead, what are your thoughts on the future of consulting engineering?
Marketing
I got a call from the manager about the vacancy and attended the interview where in which there were two rounds, the first round was generally about communication skills and the second round was technical.
- Can you tell me about your knowledge of HVAC Design?
