Project Manager
The whole thing was kinda messy. I sent an email to their jobs inbox and the hiring manager replied super fast, which seemed promising. We scheduled a phone interview for three days later. During the call, we talked about what the job needed, my experience, and why I was interested. It went well, and the next step was an in-person interview at their office with the head of production and someone else. This was supposed to be about two weeks away, which felt like a long time. Then, a week before that in-person interview, I got a weird message saying there was a pause on the Project Management role. I looked at other reviews and became really hesitant about this place. The sudden interest and then the pause was odd, especially since the job opening has been up and down on their site ever since. It seems like they don't have a clear hiring plan for this role, which matches what I've heard about their management style. Basically, I'd avoid them until they improve their reputation and processes.

Designer
A recruiter reached out to me and we had a phone chat, after which I went in for two in-person interviews. They mainly wanted to talk about the work samples I had on hand and ask about the clients I've worked with previously. Everyone I met seemed really impressed with my work and implied I was a shoo-in for the offer, just needing to finalize the paperwork. Strangely though, after more than a month of going back and forth, they decided not to offer me the role, citing unclear reasons. The whole interview process was a bit of a head-scratcher.
- Could you list the clients you've collaborated with in your present role?
IT Systems Administrator
I applied online and then got a call back from HR/Recruiting. They mentioned my background seemed like a better fit for an open IT Manager position, so I was open to discussing it and was brought in for an in-person interview. After arriving, the same person from the phone call greeted me and took me to a meeting room. The environment seemed like a good place to work, pretty laid back. I met with one of the higher-ups in finance. Turns out this person was the father of the recruiter. After some discussion, I started asking questions about the infrastructure to understand the duties and responsibilities of the Manager role, which was to assist the SysAdmin. The finance person had no idea why I was asking these questions or what they would be used for. Basically, I wouldn't recommend working here because they seem to only care about money and having a big sportswear company as a client.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your experience?
- Why are you asking about the infrastructure?
Product Manager
not good......it takes super long and I did not get in. Their process is too competitive for someone like me??? I don't get it why they ask so many questions and at the end of the day asking for someone who is willing to learn. The process was too long and I did not get hired. I found the process to be too competitive, and I'm not sure why they ask so many questions, only to end up looking for someone eager to learn.
- Tell me about a really impressive experience you've had.
